Welcome to QB Pro Consultants (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a consultancy providing specialized solutions and support for QuickBooks users. These are the terms of use of our website. You agree to be bound by these if you are accessing or using our services or website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website for any purpose.

1. Scope of Services

  • QB Pro Consultants offers consulting, troubleshooting, customization, integration, training, and support services for QuickBooks users.
  • Our Services are advisory and intended to help with QuickBooks functionality. We do not provide any additional advice unless explicitly stated in an agreement.
  • Users can connect with us via phone, email, video conferencing, or on-site, as agreed upon in writing, to get the solutions as per the nature of the request.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
  • To access and use our website, users must be at least 18 years old. Along with this, the user must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use. 
  • When you do the registration on our website, make sure you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. 
  • Keep all your account credentials secret, and you must not share any details with anyone under any circumstances. Inform us immediately in case of any unauthorized access. 
  • Before you apply for our service, make sure you have a valid license for QuickBooks usership.
3. Payment Terms
  • We have outlined service charges in the applicable service agreement, quote, or invoice. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified. 
  • Services are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a service agreement.
  • If there are any applicable taxes on our services, then you are responsible for, excluding taxes based on our net income.
4. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are required to provide timely access to necessary information, systems, and personnel to help us fulfill the Services.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rightfulness of all data supplied to us.
  • Clients must maintain backups of all data before we perform any Services. 
  • Clients must use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
  • All the tools, deliverables, and materials delivered to you will be our sole property unless agreed otherwise in the materials.
  • QB Pro Consultants grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials only for your business processes. 
  • Clients must provide us with a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any materials they provide. 
  • QB Pro Consultants’ services can involve third-party software. Clients are liable to follow the terms of the external software.
6. Confidentiality
  • All non-public business, financial, or proprietary data shared
  • Protect and use only for Services; the obligation lasts 3 years post-termination
  • Excludes: public info, independently developed data, legally required disclosures
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Services provided “as is” — no warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
  • Liability capped at fees paid for Services in the prior 6 months
  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits/data)
8. Indemnification
Clients must agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages, or losses arising from their misuse of our Services, or violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
  • 30-day termination with written notice and paid fees
  • Immediate termination for breach, non-payment, or illegal acts
  • Pay all fees; return/destroy Confidential Information upon termination
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes: First, negotiate in good faith, then binding arbitration in [City]
  • Arbitration under AAA rules; each party covers its own costs
